George Bardakas is a metal sculptor. He was born in Meliti in 1985 and grew up in Florina. He is a graduate of the University of Western Macedonia, Department of Fine and Applied Arts. Since 2017, he has been working and creating in Thessaloniki. His works have been presented in group exhibitions and one solo exhibition, and they are also housed in private and public collections. His famous sculpture "Contralto" adorns the Alexander the Great Square at the entrance of Florina.
